Pre-order price: €159 incl. tax (VAT not applicable). This is a launch price reserved for the pre-order period; the public price after the campaign closes is €199 incl. tax.

Shipping costs are shown separately before payment is confirmed, according to the delivery zone chosen (mainland France, rest of the European Union, French overseas departments and territories, Turkey).

3. Nature of the pre-order

An order placed via digicourt.fr is a pre-order: at the time of purchase the product is still being developed and manufactured in small batches. Payment is taken in full when the order is confirmed, with delivery following later.

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 6 months from the close of the pre-order campaign. This estimate is given for guidance and in good faith; DigiCourt undertakes to keep buyers informed by email of manufacturing progress and of any delay.

In accordance with article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, should this period be significantly exceeded, the buyer may give DigiCourt formal notice to deliver within a further reasonable period; failing that, the buyer may terminate the sale and obtain a full refund of the sums paid.

4. Order and payment

The order is placed online via a secure payment link provided by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Payment is made by bank card. DigiCourt stores no banking data; it is processed exclusively by Stripe.

An order confirmation is sent by email to the address given by the buyer at payment.

5. Delivery

DigiCourt delivers to mainland France, the rest of the European Union, the French overseas departments and territories, and Turkey. The exact list of countries served and the applicable shipping costs are shown before payment is confirmed.

Risk (loss, theft, damage) transfers when the goods are physically handed over to the buyer, in accordance with article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, a consumer buyer has 14 clear days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or bear any cost other than returning the product.

How to exercise this right

The buyer notifies their decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires, by email to digicourtcapi@gmail.com, using the model form below if needed.

Refund

DigiCourt refunds all sums paid (including standard delivery costs) no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, using the same payment method as the one used for the order. Return costs remain payable by the buyer, except where the error is attributable to DigiCourt.

These guarantees are a matter of public policy and cannot be excluded or limited by these terms. To invoke them, contact digicourtcapi@gmail.com.
