The data controller is DigiCourt, whose details appear in article 1. DigiCourt collects only the data you provide:
- Order — first name, last name, delivery address, email address and telephone number, in order to process, charge, ship and track your order, and to issue the corresponding accounting documents. The telephone number is required by the carrier.
- Contact, club quote and after-sales forms — name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and content of the message, and where applicable an order number, in order to answer your request.
- Satisfaction survey — your answers, together with your email address if you provide it, in order to improve the product. This survey is optional and relies on your consent.
No profiling, no automated decision-making, no collection without your knowledge: the site does not identify you and does not follow you from one site to another.
Audience measurement
The site counts its visits and a few actions (home page viewed, product page viewed, simulator tried, item added to cart, form submitted) in order to know what works on the site. This measurement is internal, carried out by our own means, and deliberately anonymous: no cookie or storage is placed on your device, and no IP address, user agent or visitor identifier is recorded. What is kept is a counter: an event type, the page concerned, and the day. These counters cannot identify you, reconstruct your journey or let us contact you, and therefore do not constitute personal data. They are hosted in our management tool (Ondes) and its Supabase database (European Union), and are not passed on to any third party.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes. It is shared only with the providers necessary to fulfil the order, acting as processors:
- Ondes — the commercial management platform hosting the catalogue, the orders and the after-sales tickets;
- Stripe — the payment provider, sole recipient of banking data, which never passes through our servers;
- the carrier responsible for delivering the parcel;
- Vercel — the site host, mentioned in article 2;
- Google — the satisfaction survey is a Google Forms form, and answers are submitted there directly.
Retention periods
- Order data — for the duration of the commercial relationship, then for the ten-year statutory accounting retention period;
- Contact requests and after-sales tickets — three years from the last exchange;
- Survey answers — until you withdraw your consent.
